Information on Wuism (Chinese Shamanism)

Baladas

An Págánach
As some may know, Daoism originally grew out of the ancient Chinese shamanic tradition called Wuism.
What I would like to know is if anyone knows of any good books, or possibly websites on the subject.
I'm very interested in learning more about it's history and practice.

Peace.

I don't know any book exclusively on Chinese shamanism (which, incidentally, seems to have died out) but there's a detailed discussion in
The Spirits are drunk: comparative approaches to Chinese religion, by Jordan Paper. 1995.
and a rather more readable one in
Taoism: an essential guide, by Eva Wong. 1997.
Both authors are practitioners of Chinese religion.

Thank you, David.
I'll check these out. :)
