I'm the proud father of a 5-year-old. I'm a history enthusiast and I enjoy spending free time reading academic history books (especially Bronze to Iron Age history, and the history of Near East and Celtic peoples). I also love mythology. I love nature, and I enjoy getting away from the city when I can. When I can't escape the city, I also enjoy video games.

I used to be a devout Christian and was actively involved in ministry for around 10 years.
I have a particular fondness for Taoism and Stoicism, and both have influenced my personal philosophy. I called myself a Taoist for around a year and a half, but I now realize that I am not familiar enough with the complexities of the religion and culture for me to feel comfortable claiming that.

I'm a skeptic who chooses to honor many gods, most of whom are of Celtic origins with a few exceptions.
