Impersonating Police Officers

Not to start a debate, but from a good distance I believe the small "police" on some of the cars could easily go unnoticed.

And obviously the MCP cars are deliberately painted to resemble NYC patrol cars as much as possible. So one just has ask to himself, "Why?" I think the answer is obvious.

Truthfully, I don't recall private security cars looking like patrol car.

Off the top of my head... Toronto Police Parking Enforcement cars don't have light bars. Still, they do say "TORONTO POLICE" on them.

Ghost cars are a thing. The official term is usually something like "subdued markings." They're not as visually apparent as a regular patrol car but aren't unmarked cars.

Still, they're marked with the word "police." And this "Muslim patrol" car isn't trying to mimic a ghost car.
