If time is a dimension, does the past and future exist physically still?

I would say so, it’s the measurement of physical things.
The measurement of physical things is usually done with something like a tape measure or ruler. I don't see how time itself, whatever that may be, is something physical. If someone asks you to measure a box would you say "Hang on, I'll just get time out from my tool box."?

Hmm. Well, calendars are one example, and clocks. But I see your point, those are abstract. But where does’now’ go when it is no longer now?
