I identify as a seven headed dragon with twelve wings and thirteen halos.

Well, that must be fun! Do you eat and breath fire from all 7 heads, or do you use various heads for various functions? And those 12 wings, that'll help you to fly off in every direction at once, won't they.

But keeping all those halos buffed and shiny...wow, that must be some work!

People identify with all sorts of things... distant lands and ancient cultures, old jokes turned serious, serious things turned into jokes, fictional faiths turned real, beliefs both old and new. Why do we mock some for their particular ways of identifying with something they care about, why do we separate our longing for identity from theirs?
