I think we all are psychic but the level varies between individuals of all ages. Without psychic astral/mental bodies we could not exit beyond a comatose state.

My personal opinion (not knowledge) is that at least some young babies are but that most of those that have that connection lose it as they grow.

I can ride a bicycle but not a unicycle. So ,is that too psychic or no psychic ? Actually, when I was in short pants (before 7 yrs old) I thought I was psychic without ever hearing of the word (psychic).
