You might want to read this: Socialism - Wikipedia

What you appear to be defining is Marxism.
Definition of socialism | Dictionary.com
noun
a theory or system of social organization that advocates the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, capital, land, etc., by the community as a whole, usually through a centralized government.
procedure or practice in accordance with this theory.
(in Marxist theory) the stage following capitalism in the transition of a society to communism, characterized by the imperfect implementation of collectivist principles.

Does AOC advocate the people owning the means of production?

Outside the PRC, can you name a single contemporary politician who has publically stated their support for socialist policies as per your definition of the term?

Assuming your question isn't random, a basis is needed.
Which politician have I accused of being a socialist?
Generally, I defend countries as being not socialist, eg, Denmark.

Hmmmmm....given your opposition to capitalism & private
ownership of property, you just might could possibly be a
socialist or commie. But you're not in politics....I hope.

So all this talk over the definition of socialism was over nothing, just like usual?
