ISIL wasn't in Afghanistan or Pakistan. This bomb was probably dropped to clean up GWB's missed attempt at Obama's Bin Laden. There's ISIL members/sympathizers in every country across the world. You can't stop it. Dropping a bomb makes it worse...not better.
