Hellenistic Egypt versus Islamic Egypt

This hadith for what i know is supposed to be authentic.
This may talks about those actual days (israeli-palestinian conflict) or probably for the end of time.
Which can be explaned by the fact that muslims wait for Jesus as the Messiah (as in Quran it says Jesus will be a sign of the "Hour") while the jews will follow the false Messiah (Anti-christ) as they don't believe in the Anti-Christ.
This hadith certainly not allowed us to kill them as it will be contradicting the Quran itself.

Dear friend. The truth is that the Muslims hated all that was Greek. let's take Sicily.
Sicily was a Hellenistic enclave, that later became Byzantine, exactly as Egypt.
Sicily and Alexandria were among the most important cities of the Mediterranean Sea, because they were emblem of the Greek cosmopolitanism.
when Sicily was conquered by the Arabs, they destroyed the Greek institutions and they converted all Churches into Mosques. Islam doesn't want to coexist. Islam wants to replace. That's why Christians could pray only in private and proselytizing was punished with death.
Thank God the Normans freed Sicily from the Arabs. But the mentality had already changed: Palermo was the emblem of the Arabian pride in Europe. A masculine misogynistic mentality that wants women not to express their sex appeal- so the mafia with its masculine mentality is a late product of Islam.

I would have preferred a Greek Sicily where women dressed like harlots and men were all gay.

Cleopatra represents the embodiment of how holy and sacred femininity and womanliness are.
And in fact the secret of progress and economic growth is to empower women and to let them decide about their lives.

People can decide which culture is better.

Which is more woman? Cleopatra? Or these women?

Sidenote, this manner of dress seems to be cultural rather than religious, as it existed before Islam. Relevance? I don't know, but it's an interesting fact.
