Yes they can, my brother in law was close to killing himself six months ago, now he is functioning well on his own. He still hears voices but his medical helps him realise what they are.

Trust me on this, help is available and it really does help

I trust nobody anymore , I've give up playing this life , if the voices aren't real then I can just say out aloud my sanity .

Well I knew from day one and people are generally stupid , lead on all the time by voices , I can't let myself believe them anymore. The voices loss not mind seems appropriate .
