Do you agree that violent predators should be locked up?
Sociopaths are created by their environment. Psychopaths are believed to be born that way. Counseling can reduce violent behavior the sooner it is recognized and treated. True you can't teacher older dogs as easily as young pups. And every instance is not going to turn out great but that isn't an excuse not to try.

You still have to lock up violent offenders.
