Having gotten a tour of the dark side. I’m out of here. I refuse to take part in the assault on truth and free speech that is forced here.

That's fact. But sometimes it gets a little frustrating and some people slip. The best thing to do is catch yourself and rein it in. I have slipped several times and thankfully have riened myself in to where I only got a warning. (Btw, thanks mods for your mercy)

Also free speech refers to government restrictions, not private companies or citizens. RF enforcing it's own rules on its own board isn't infringing upon anyone's rights. I doubt @Truth in love would declare a "free speech fail" if a Satanist was kicked out of his church after they barged in during service and started screaming "Hail Satan!".

If you get in trouble around here, it isn't because you spoke "the truth", but rather how you spoke it. As with most things, there are two sides to the story.

Having a loose mouth, I got my share of warnings and I didn't always understand the reason. And I got angry. My advice: get over it. Over all the moderators are doing a great job and you'll have too seek long to find a better moderated forum. (I just wish the moderation was more transparent.)

The truth is that there is no free speech here. Now that truth is not a physical law of the world. It is a human law. It states that within the general law on another human's property (another human law), you have to follow the rules of the owner.

You agreed to abide by certain rules here. Like most other places you don't get free speech when you're terms of being allowed the privilege of use are predicted on you agreeing to a certain set of rules.
And does it really bother you? Can you not handle getting in trouble? At least a few of us get a swat every once in awhile and, oh well, it's no biggie. You get caught breaking the rules and there are consequences. An online forum is overall pretty inspiring and inconsequential.
