This came up under another title thread.......I quote myself

And Jedi believe in the 'Force'....and spiritual mentors.

Ever heard of the English Longbow? The French nobility certainly did. Muwahahaha

This topic reminds me of a news clip I saw which filmed a but of rebel/government (Hard to tell the difference really) sitting on a jeep who believed they were invincible because of some 'potion' they had taken (Probably heroin or something) and quickly found out that this wasn't the case when the bullets started flying.
