If Democrats can not come up with a good candidate they will not be not much better then Trump. So does it matter that much if Trump wins or not?

What do we have, what candidates that are Democrat would be that much better then Trump?

From last year's Democrat Party leaked emails we have learned that the party tends to have a secret favorite that it supports. We know the party won't support Bernie Sanders, so we know its going to support Elizabeth Warren. The debates will be a farce and a stage to get people familiar with Warren. Bernie Sanders will once again have to donate his supporters to the party's chosen candidate. The only difference is that the party will hide its emails better this year.

Most people have never heard of: Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Sen. Amy Klobuchar or Tom Steyer. Joe Biden has demonstrated too many slips of the tongue and was involved in the Ukraine issue. If he were a Republican candidate he could get away with it, but he cannot with this current set of Democratic candidates. He will appear in the debates only so that he can lend his support to Warren.

Can Elizabeth out talk Donald on stage? You bet, but that won't matter. Is she a better candidate? .... She has a voting record. Her advantage is her congressional experience. His advantage remains what it was last year, but his wartime performance may be a weakness for him. He made some big mistakes.

That's an interesting perspective, we will see if it irons out.
