A process ... A message sent from a sender to a receiver via a medium. If the message sent doesn't get there intact, unchanged, that it's not great communication. It can fail in several place. The message can be pointless, the sender can be incapable,the medium can be blurry, or the receiver lacks the capacity to receive.

Yes, often to and fro interactions, although may be one-way (eg an announcement, or the missus telling me why I am wrong).

It might be a simple check IF people can read the Title correctly and THEN just answer it
