Does anyone know of good translation of the Dead Sea Scrolls?

Either in a book or as etexts on the internet.

Aren't the translators and concerned religious groups still trying to keep them out of the public eye? Do complete compilations even exist?

I don't know why they would want to keep out of the public. Gnostic texts have all being translated and available to the public. Perhaps they think the dss would cause even more controveresy than Nag Hammadi codices.
