Short answer, yes, God could outlie Trump if he existed. One important consideration in beating someone else at lying is how believable one's lies are.

Ya know like , God does whatever it takes ! If it means beating Mr Trump in a game of words , then words become Gods weapon .
It's whether or not people are willing to take on Trump on behalf of God while God sits idle !
