Coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon, . . .

. . . wine at night.

That is all.

(If only we could swap afternoon for one more night)
I used to drink a lot of coffee.
But the past few years it does not sit right with my stomach.
So I ended up drinking a lot more tea.
Now that tea is starting to not sit right with my stomach, I am looking for something else to switch to.
Juices are a big no no.
As is pop, soda, cola, and pretty much any other carbonated liquid.

I was told "you know, there is always water"
I replied, "I want something to drink, not something to wash in."

Black tea in the morning. Green tea mid morning, Black tea for lunch. Pretty regularly something mid afternoon - green matcha tea, very occasionally coffee or another kind of tea.

No wine (no beer etc).

Drinking Earl Gray at the moment (it's not very good).

I accidentally bought loose leaf a couple weeks ago and stowed it until I could buy a tea bell. Never got around to it.

Then, just now, it occurred to me that I might be able to use my French press to make tea with the loose leaf.

It worked.

Not sure if it did anything regrettable to the filter though.

Hope you find a compatible beverage, McBell. Stomach problems suck.

I decided the plain and slightly bitter Earl gray wasn't worth subjecting myself to all the extra caffeine so I just switched to green tea.

The only time I drink any kind of alcohol (except for maybe two or three beers in the summer) is while I'm visiting family.

Have to admit I like wine though, probably a little too much.

It's probably a good thing I don't drink the rest of the year.
Coffee in the morning

Hot Chocolate at all other times

Never tea

Only wine if with food

I like hot chocolate a lot but in the last couple years I've started restricting my sugar intake.

I don't get that, you need to make it with milk, the ones I get you can make with water
Fair enough.
I was merely presenting the one I would get if I were to go to the same store and get Hot Chocolate...

Dude, stevia.

Really, it's not bad.
I already use artificial sweetners when I have coffee

It's just that I still consume lots of things that contain sugar as an inherent ingredient, such as hot chocolate

I cannot function without a mug of noisette coffee in the morning (noisette is the french version of machiatto (espresso with a little steamed milk), my morning mug holds around 8 espressos)

Then around 10am i take a break for a smaller quadruple noisette.

Thats usually my daily supply of coffee

Lunch time I'll have tea either black ot green.

The afternoon sometimes calls for the occasional tea, again either black or green depending on my mood

With dinner it's water with a tea to follow (or occasionally espresso coffee if we have friends around)

And at bedtime a glass of iced water.

I don't drink much alcohol so wine is usually reserved for cooking or a sip or two during celebration meals.

You can get hot chocolate sweetened with stevia, and it won't cost you an arm and a leg (no pun intended).
