Yep. We think we can go anywhere and do anything while limiting where others can go and what they can do. I think that's what they are doing as well. Testing our reaction and study how we respond. At least for the moment.Our enemies are threatening us and seeking to test President Biden. He's too experienced to be bothered by their jumping up and down and hooting angrily.
