For some reason, donuts never did well in Israel except Chanukah time. But there is an Israeli equivalent of Boston cream, which is my favorite too.Can we just call them donuts and pick Boston Creme?
There you go! Keep it up!Hannukah means "dedication".
Can we just call them donuts and pick Boston Creme?
Sooo...favorite sufganiyah flavor anyone?
We know you here. Who are you kidding?I am so normal.
Here's the problem: I'm a chocolate fan in general, but I'm also allergic to nuts (hazelnuts in particular). So I rarely eat dessert in Israel. Which is sad because when I visit Israel, I don't diet. For some reason, donuts never did well in Israel except Chanukah time. I think you need some latkes... STAT!*pukes*
@ Everyone,
I barely even like them. But when I do, I eat them plain. If you could only choose 1 for your latkes.... would it be sour-cream, applesauce, something else, or nothing?
I'm in a house where latkes aren't served.@ Everyone,

Plain, usually. Maybe some ketchup?@ Everyone,
