Outrage for what? It may have been a "joke" but all jokes contain a sliver of truth. Soooo.... I take it as a confession.

that's silly and nonsensical. Its poor and offensive topical humor, making light of his situation.
I don't see it as such. It may be a stretch to say he is guilty. But the "joke" is in bad taste either way, really. If I was convicted of murder, I wouldn't go on national TV and say "I guess people should be careful hanging out with me, I might stab them 47 times."
I think he was being sarcastic and sniping at his accusers, rather than making light of it. But sometimes sarcasm or what one thinks is funny falls flat. Sometimes things like that are best kept to oneself. It seems this is going to start another [expletive deleted]-storm.
