Algeria shut down Facebook and Twitter for 5 days

The authority decide re-examination the exam of Baccalaureate by shut down Facebook for 5 days to avoid the anothtml

scandel in Baccalaureate exam,happened weeks ago.

It's worrying the infrastructure is in place to black websites out.

It's really annoying to punish all citizens because they could not protect their exam papers!

The article linked doesn't say anything about shutting down Facebook or Twitter and I can't find anything else mentioning it. I'm not saying it can't have happened but you need to provide something to back up your accusations.

They open them temporary, for few minutes then shut down again
