Here is a small introduction to a book that has just been published..
There is a something special about this book, which researches the topic of Wilayat-Al-Faqih (the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist)..
This important point is that the author has done this research firstly for himself, where he wanted to research everything related to Wilayat-al-Faqih and study all of that has been published about it by the greater scholars..
That is why he started by studying what was written by Sheikh Al #Naraqi who is considered to be the father of this theory as he has written the first main article about it..
He then studied what the student of Sheikh Al Naraqi, i.e. sheikh al #Ansari has written in the topic, followed by what the student of Al-Ansari, i mean Al-#Akhund al #Khurasani has written, and then his student, al #Naeeini, and the student of al-Naeeni, sayyid al-#Khoei, until he reached the writings of the current scholars, including Sayyid Saeed al #Hakeem and Sayyid Mohammad M. Sadiq al #sadr.
He also studied what those who researched the topic of Bayah (Pledge of allegiance) and elections in relation to Willayt al Faqih, have written, including Sheikh al #Muntazari, and Sayyid al #Shirazi, Sayyid kadhim al #haeri and the Writings of Sheikh Muhammad #Sanad who have studied many of these writings and gave his opinions.
Of course the writing of Imam al Khomeini has been studied and many other scholars have been quoted including Sayyid Ali #Khamenei and many other scholars the current era.
Finally, as we have mentioned in many previous posts, all Muslims should study Arabic, in order to get deep understand of Islam. They don't need to speak Arabic fluently, but they should be able to read Arabic, which is not a difficult language as some may think.. We talked about Arabic here because the book is written in Arabic..
