Biden says he will push to codify Roe if Democrats keep the House

Fwiw, here are the results of a Havard - Harris Poll concerning the current mood of the country.

https://harvardharrispoll.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/HHP_Oct2022_KeyResults.pdf

It shows Donald Trump, has 47% approval, Mike Pence 44% approval, Joe Biden 43% approval, Bernie Sanders 42% approval.

The entire polling does not look good for the Democrats

So, now Reps and Cons are ok with polling and don't openly mock it at will?

Can he overthrow the decision of the supreme court?
The ruling of the SC didn't outlaw abortion, it only overturned the Roe decision that stated women have a right to abortion access as a medical procedure in the USA and states could not ban it. Abortion access is legal in blue states, and only illegal in states that have banned it through law, mostly red states. What Biden is talking about is a federal law that makes abortion access legal in the USA. If that passes then state laws that ban abortion will be nullified. Some republicans are talking about a federal ban wheich would nullify the abortion access in states that currently allow it.

The bans in states that outlawed abortion access have seen a rise a women in medical distress due to problems with their fetuses. Women are going septic before hospitals will dare give them medical care due to the laws that criminalize abortion. So even dying fetuses have to be carried causing health problems for women. Those who can afford it have traveled to states where they can get the health care they need. Are republicans pro-life? Not really.

Your republicans mock polling?
Why?
Isn’t polling integral to political analysis?

Though I
After the 2016 election they began ridiculing them because they believed they were inaccurate about the election, despite them being fairly accurate with the popular vote. But that's not how the EC played out so polling became laughably absurd.

It's sad that it is so black and white for so many people. There should be legislation that satisfies most people if compromise is an option.
