I'd like to share to you my best philosophy packet. It has the best, supporting arguments for my philosophy. There's a discussion section as well, which addresses the objections others have to my philosophy. There are 3 parts to this, and I'll give you the Deviant Art links to them. If you decide to read it, then give your response, and any objections you have to my philosophy:

Part 1/3: My Best Philosophy Packet (Part 1/3) by TranscendedRealms on DeviantArt

Part 2/3: My Best Philosophy Packet (Part 2/3) by TranscendedRealms on DeviantArt

Part 3/3: My Best Philosophy Packet (Part 3/3) by TranscendedRealms on DeviantArt

Edit: If anyone wants a brief summary of my philosophy, here it is:

My philosophy says that positive feelings are the only way we can see things as good, beautiful, amazing, and magnificent, and that a life without positive feelings is no way to live or be an artist. I'll explain. Feelings are how we experience things. For example, feeling hungry is how we experience hunger, feeling thirsty is how we experience thirst, feeling sleepy is how we experience sleepiness, feeling pain and pleasure is how we experience them, feeling love (a positive feeling) is how we experience love, feeling pride and happiness (positive feelings) is how we experience pride and happiness, and feeling that life's beautiful is how we experience life as beautiful (which is also a positive feeling).

Perception and experience are the same thing. For example, if you're seeing (perceiving) the color red, then you're experiencing red, and vice versa. So, if you have a positive feeling, such as feeling amazed about a singing performance, that's the same thing as experiencing the performance as amazing, which is the same thing as seeing (perceiving) the performance as amazing. That's why, if our positive feelings get taken away by brain damage, a mental illness, etc., we can no longer see goodness, beauty, magnificence, etc. in anything, and that's no way to live or be an artist. So, if a clinically depressed person witnessed a singing performance, he couldn't see anything amazing about the performance if his positive feelings were absent. Since positive feelings are also how we experience love, happiness, and pride, we can no longer love, be happy, or be proud without our positive feelings either.

Hedonism has never appealed to me, because not everything in life is about being happy. Such as, there is work that needs to be done, whether or not it makes you happy. Fields are harvested, no one eats. And not everyone's life is sunshine and unicorns. Everyone has at least the occasional rainy day. That's just life. It's nothing to shy away from or deny.

That's pretty much how I live, and as a published and displayed artist. I have deep problems with depression and anxiety, but I see much beauty and wonder in the wonder. Even at my worst, the pleasure of my dog snuggling or licking me, the presence of a friend, playing an instrument, things that make us feel good often help us feel better when we are feeling down. I may struggle and suffer with mental health issues, but that doesn't mean all is bad or lost. I cry some, I laugh some. I've hurt everyday as long as I can remember, but life isn't fair. We can cry about this and that, or we can pick ourselves back up (even if it takes a helping hand). I don't think the "bad bad" is required like some would say, but at the same time I believe you will have to struggle for many things in life that are worth having.

If you take away the negative in life, as an experience, how can you learn anything about what life is? There are both Good and bad in this life. But you can choose to not get attached to either good or bad. But you can(in my understanding) Not just say No there is nothing negative in the world or in my life.if you do so, then you living a lie.Sorry if my words are to harsh

I agree.

There is a way to understand happiness not only as an abstract philosophical concept, but also as a state of consciousness that is felt, experienced ...
This is largely due to immersion in a state of love through the opening of the Spiritual Heart or anahata chakra.

For example, here is a movie on this topic:

Film Art of Being Happy

In order to live in joy and happiness — one needs to learn to attune to the beautiful, to have like-minded friends, and to gain good health.
Also, the true happiness is not possible without including God in one’s outlook.

There was a time, not many centuries back, when pathos and melancholy were considered spiritual, or at least venerable states. Such emotions were the subject of poetry, music and painting, and were appreciated with reverence as essential aspects of the soul.

Now they are considered diagnosable illnesses.

I have not read the parts, but liked the title

As it reminded me of: My Master having Big Banners in the Ashram once:
