does your organized belief system offer any kind of community meal?

i myself to do not attend any external house of worship. i'm self-enclosed, or dressed, in my own house of praise.

The temple I go to serves lunch every Sunday, and on festival days. Sunday average attendance is about 600. Larger Sikh gurdwaras offer a free lunch daily.

Yes and no, depending on how one may interpret the question.

Do we have meals after or before mass given to all who attend? No. The closest we get to that is coffee & donuts/sweets after mass once a month.

OTOH, if one is asking about feeding the poor, the answer is yes as there are large scale efforts by the Church in our area to help feed the poor and homeless, and my local church runs a "warming center" about one week every two months.

It's hard for your place of worship to offer food when it doesn't exist.
Still, there's many secular organizations that offer meals and/or shelter.
So by extension, yes.

It's not really a 'free' lunch. Individuals sponsor it, and since it's considered sacred duty to feed people, we have no problem getting sponsors. It opens up for sponsorship on New Year's Day, and usually by mid January, every day for the year is sponsored. If the temple admin allowed it, it would be sponsored for 20 years into the future, I imagine.
