We can see it with the naked eye, we can see it clearer with telescopes, and we can learn even more about it by sending probes to go look.
If you look out for events at your nearest observatory they likely have nights where you may observe the planets through their telescopes, I have personally seen Jupiter and Saturn. Saturn is very beauitful.
Jupiter does not tell anything to earth, as it does not have a mouth with which to talk, hands with which to write etc.
I already told you, go to your nearest observatory.

You won't be able to take a decent picture of either Jupiter or Saturn with your phone. It simply doesn't have the resolution and magnifying power to do so. But, you can go outside and see both as 'stars' in the sky tonight. You just have to know where to look.

Any reasonable telescope or even a pair of binoculars will be enough to see something of Jupiter or Saturn.
