Is there anything more disgusting than God?

I want to do God's will and I pray that I do God's will and find it thoroughly disgusting that God would remain silent and refuse to let me know His will. More than anything I want to know what God wants me to do and He just remains silent and refuses to let me know. It is despicable that God would refuse to reveal his will to a sincere seeker!

I just pray and pray that God would give me the Holy Spirit like he said he would and enlighten me so that I serve him and be obedient to everything he desires, but He insists on being unreasonable, dishonest, and completely the opposite of what He claims he is. God makes me nauseous with all his lies! So many people could do His will but God insisted on leaving them confused and refusing to speak up. It thoroughly disgusts me every time I think of how God has treated His people! God is absolutely responsible for how sick, fowl, confused, and gruesome our world is.

I find God to be completely nauseating! He ruined countless lives when he chose to hide himself, hide the truth, and leave people without understanding and enlightenment. When was the last time God left you with a clear message? I just want to do God's will, nothing more, and God is so shockingly revolting he refuses to let a genuine seeker have understanding. How could you Lord?!? You make me sick!

Sorry, I just need to vent. God's chronic silence and hiding himself is totally sickening don't you think?

If you are a polytheist I'm not blaspheming your gods....it is the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob aka Jehovah that I find completely disgusting! I just prayed for the grace to do His will and He refuses to be a father and refuses to be everything he claims he is! He refuses to guide people, refuses to do what he promised! It makes my hair stand on end to see God behaving so shamefully and sickening! Shame on you Jehovah! you fowl poorest excuse for a father I've ever heard of!

Ah but there is yet more my friend.. attend.
I get the most grace when I go to the Virgin Mary and the living dead girls!

I desire only God's will! I'm waiting and praying for the grace to simply do his will. I suppose he will just give me more silence and confusion. I'll continue diligently seeking him in vain I suppose!

Here is an update: No beets, yet. Someone asked me to look at a vegetable catalog, but no beets have appeared.

Here is something that helped me. Replace ancestors with god.

Five ways to honor your ancestors

1. Dedicate Positive Actions in the Name of the Ancestors

Mathew 6:1-4

“Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. “Thus, when you give to the needy, sound no trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may be praised by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

I was told that god works through others and yourself. So you basically hear god speaking to you through your actions. When you are grateful for life and serving others which means serving christ, by what you receive in return is how god is speaking to you. It doesn't need to be something you can actually hear. In real life (in my opinion) it's not supernatural. Humans want to find that an out. The Bible is a way to confirm what experiences we find hard to interpret.

2. Stay Open to Direct Communication from the Ancestors

Some say god speaks through them in dreams. Others interpret synchronicity as god's messages instead.

Romans 8:7

"For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot."

What is god's law? He says it's the law of Moses. Start with the Ten commandments and work from there. God works through you not you through god. You depend on him not he depends on you type of thing.

Mathew 7:24

“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock."

Notice he says does not believe. Another way to listen to god.

3. Dream Visitations

Many people in the bible have been spoken to and even given instruction from god via dreams.

For God does speak–now one way, now another–though man may not perceive it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men as they slumber in their beds, he may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, to turn man from wrongdoing and keep him from pride, to preserve his soul from the pit, his life from perishing by the sword. – Job 33: 14 – 18

God gave these four young men an unusual aptitude for learning literature and science of the time. And God gave Daniel special ability in understanding the meaning of visions and dreams. — Daniel 1:17

4. Walking Encounters.

This is probably more outside of christianity but some christians actually say they feel the presence of god. Others, like bible people seeing angels, they feel they have "seen someone" too and attribute that person to god.

5. Synchronicity

"the simultaneous occurrence of events that appear significantly related but have no discernible causal connection."

This is the biggest explanation of why people experience blessings and curses. Find two people who say they are blessed, ask them to explain what happened, and see if their encounters relate directly to their conclusions. Is it a fact or is it their belief.

There is nothing wrong with speaking through synchronicity. If you notice things happen that you normally wouldn't think X would be connected to 4 then find out why given they are both letters, that's another way god speaks through you. Many times god (or ancestors) speak this way and test you to see if you believe what he or they say-have faith-our doubt it. Many people doubt and find it too bothersome to do, so they go into blind faith (unjustified trust). Nothing wrong with that as long as you aren't eating pudding on top of the mountain or jumping of a ledge because someone said god spoke to them and told you to do so.

6. Establish a Physical Place to Honor the Ancestors

…3He went on his journeys from the Negev as far as Bethel, to the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between Bethel and Ai, 4to the place of the altar which he had madethere formerly; and there Abram called on the name of the LORD. 5Now Lot, who went with Abram, also had flocks and herds and tents.… ~Genesis 13:3-5 (You'll find altars everywhere throughout the bible)

Many people create altars, special rooms, my friend uses her closet space to talk to god so she can get away from family. Whatever reminds you of god put on your altar. Also, some cultures/religions pray to their ancestors to get to know god. They are deists so they go through spirits and ancestors to talk to god because they can't reach god directly. Christianity (though they don't want to admit it) is the same way. They feel they can't speak to god unless they go through jesus christ. If that's you, put a mark of jesus christ on your altar. If it were me and I practiced, I'd definitely have the crucifix and holy water. You can also ask the girl you have on your altar to help you know god if she knows god. Many options.

7. Make Offerings to the Ancestors

Christians do it too. Going to church is an offering. Giving oneself and ones time to prays god. Putting flowers on the steps is an offering. Petition prayers are offerings. Repentance is an offering. Charity work is offerings just as smiling when you usually don't is an offering too. Ha! Abram gave his son up as an offering.

You don’t have to be an indigenous shaman or ghost whisperer to have a direct, intimate, and healthy relationship with your ancestors. We all have loving ancestors who want us to fulfill our destiny as happy and well-adjusted people, and in my experience, our ancestors are the ideal guides for family healing as they are invested in seeing their future generations thrive.

Just as in any meaningful relationship, our bonds with the ancestors call for care and renewal. By proactively engaging in simple actions to honor and feed these relationships, our ancestors can become a tremendous source of healing, empowerment, and nourishment in our everyday lives. Fortunately, these practices of tending are relatively simply and can be carried out by anyone with sincere intent.

Hope this helps.

Well, I feel a person is much more closer to their ancestors than they are to god. Since you have the girl on your altar, and believe in mother Mary, why don't you talk to god through them? Do they communicate with you in return?

You are the one that is not listening.
God answered your prayer before you even asked but you can't hear the answer because you think God is supposed send a bolt of lightning down on you to knock you out of your chair.
God is the still small voice within.
In other words, stop complaining and shut up and do more listening than asking.
God is not deaf, he heard you.
Now its your turn to listen.

More disgusting than God are people who doubt, question and deny Him. God will speak when He decides you are ready to hear. Someone who complains and doubts is not ready to hear.
