Is China Slowly Conquering Its Neighbors?

When you said "making it smaller", I thought you meant this.

Sorry, allow me to clarify

you said

- China is bursting at the seams, with a huge growing population, limited land, & limited resources.
.

My response to this was

Yes it is, and their pollution problem is rather large and making it smaller. But the exodus from China, by those with money, is rather large. And, as far as China's government is concerned, this is not a problem at this time. They have an entirely different view of its populace than we have in ours in the west.

Meaning

The limited land is getting polluted thereby making usable land even more limited (smaller)
There is a rather large exodus of people from China, but those tend to be people with money
Either way the government does not really care and that the Chinese Government view of its population is very different from the view of most western nations have of their population.

Sometimes I wonder why people talk about these subject matters as if they had clear meanings.

It's clear that China is making things increasingly difficult for its neighbors....& for us.
But I agree it's not at all clear if the tribunal will have any real effect.

Actually, I don't think it is at all clear that how political power works, let alone how it relates to specific territories.

You people seem to have such certainties, and I can't help but find that odd. Ultimately it is all hopelessly arbitrary.

I wouldn't be so certain that I'm certain about how South China See power battles work.
I just worry that military conflict might break out.
It would be nice to avoid.

I think China has already "conquered" the world. We are just too slow or uninformed to realise it. If we include economically conquering.
I suggest we all brush up on our mandarin.
