O.K. Sorry for the mistake. My learning curve. Close or delete at your
descretion.
Have you read Deuteronomy 18:18-19?You confuse "explaining" and "Interpreting." I cannot think of a single reason to consider Acts as authoritative.
Yearly.Have you read Deuteronomy 18:18-19?You confuse "explaining" and "Interpreting." I cannot think of a single reason to consider Acts as authoritative. In this case ACTS 3:22-23, is explaining what is written in Deuteronomy 18:18-19.
If you read verse 25 “until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in”, meaning AFTER the fullness and NOT BEFORE. What is going to happen “AFTER the fullness of the Gentiles be come in”? The hardening of the heart of Israel will change, “and so all Israel will be saved –Romans 11:26”Many Christians also attach a great deal of importance to the alleged future events in Romans 11:26-27, which read: “And thus all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, the Deliverer will come from Zion, He will remove ungodliness from Jacob. And this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”
They mistakenly believe that the above scripture of forgiving sins has yet to take place. They do not realise that the above scripture belongs to the Old Testament and has been fulfilled with the crucifixion of our Lord, for His sacrifice to forgive the sins of the world was once, and for all men.
Romans 11:26 is a lie? Are you out of your mind? What kind of Christian are you?I) God shows no partiality, in other words we are all the same in God's eyes: Romans 11:26, is a diversion put there by a Jew, it's a lie.
Romans 11:11 is a lie too? If a verse does not align with your twisted theology you call it a lie. You are a sick person with different agenda masquerading as a Christian.IV) You wrote Ro 11:11 "Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all!" God doesn't ply games, ("to make them envious" it is a lie) they are not beyond recovery they only have to believe in Christ to be saved, they still have an advantage over the Gentiles because they have the LAW and the prophets.
Another one of your twisted delusional theory that does not align with Romans chapter 11.V) You wrote,Ro 11:4 "And what was God’s answer to him? “I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal.”
This was during Elijah’s time that God saved 7000 from the 12 tribes of Israel.
Ro 11:5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace."
You see, there was a remnant that got saved, after that the Jews that did not believe have been left with just a religion.
SHOUT AND PRETEND THAT IT IMPARTS VALUE TO THE VAPID.READ AND UNDERSTAND: ...
You should first learn to rightly divide the word before you shout.Another one of your twisted delusional theory that does not align with Romans chapter 11.
READ AND UNDERSTAND:
Ro 11:1 I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin.
GOD DID NOT “REJECT HIS PEOPLE” as in annihilate them from the face of the earth. AGAIN, GOD DID NOT TOTALLY ANNIHILATE HIS CHOSEN PEOPLE FROM THE FACE OF THE EARTH.
YOU KNOW THE REASON WHY? READ ROMANS 11:28 IN NLT SO THAT YOU COULD UNDERSTAND IT MORE CLEARLY.
Ro 11:28 Many of the Jews are now enemies of the Good News. But this has been to your benefit, for God has given his gifts to you Gentiles. Yet the Jews are still his chosen people because of his promises to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
GOD MADE HIS PROMISES TO THE PATRIARCHS, AND GOD’S PROMISE IS “IRREVOCABLE” –Romans 11:29
Ro 11:29 for God’s gifts and his call are irrevocable.
“for the gifts and calling” are irrevocable and this also applies to the Gentiles.
God reserved some of His chosen people from Elijah’s time and 800+ years after that Paul proved that by saying “I’m an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. -Romans 11:1” as a proof that those people that God saved from Elijah’s time, some 800+ years ago, were the progenitors of Paul’s time and from Paul’s time, as the progenitors, of Romans 11:26 “so all Israel will be saved”.
IOW, From Elijah’s time, i.e., 800+ B.C. were the progenitors of Paul’s time, i.e., 30+ A.D., and from Paul’s are the progenitors of Romans 11:26 “so all Israel will be saved”. These are the Jews from 12 tribes of Israel LIKE PAUL FROM THE TRIBE OF BENJAMIN.
If you truly believe that God created enemy to His gospel for the benefit of the Gentiles, you have no knowledge of Christ. Please consider that the Lord is Holy, therefore He doesn't do that. You unknowingly have made the scriptures your God, please return to the Holy Spirit for He is the true God.Ro 11:28 Many of the Jews are now enemies of the Good News. But this has been to your benefit, for God has given his gifts to you Gentiles. Yet the Jews are still his chosen people because of his promises to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Yes the law became a curse for us because we could not keep it. Jesus did not became a curse, on the contrary He extinguished the curse. Furthermore if you read Deuteronomy 21:23 in context with verse 22 you will find that to became accursed of God, the condemned man has to have committed a sin worthy of dead.In Galatians 3:13, Paul was quoting Deuteronomy 21:23. He was reasoning that the Law proved to be a curse because no imperfect man could be proved righteous by it because no imperfect man could live up to it perfectly. This is shown in verse 19.
Gal 3:19 - Why, then, the Law? It was added to make transgressions manifest, until the offspring (or "seed") should arrive to whom the promise had been made;..."
You know, the same way that if one person somewhere breaks a glass, all glasses everywhere become dangerous and useless....Why would someone violating a law mean the entire law is a curse?
Why would someone violating a law mean the entire law is a curse?
Nothing was wrong with the Law. It was perfect. If a man could follow it w/o ever making a mistake he could prove his own righteousness. Because the standard was too high for imperfect men it proved perfect in another sense. It showed that man can not be proved righteous by works. It was a curse because the Jews were oath-bound to follow the Law..and yet they could not help but break it.
