You Love your spouse very much. Sex and Love are two very different things according to you. Your spouse is very much interested in Sex with someone else.

If that is the case, Than can you allow your spouse to have sex with someone else ? ( Just because you Love your spouse very much and you always look forward to complete his/her desires )

Lets test Love

I don't know if I would want him to sleep with someone else in the context of an "extra-relational affair", but I would, however, be interested in being a triad relationship. That way, all of us have an extra option for love, intimacy, and physical gratification.

Only if I was unable to satisfy his sexual desire and that my sexual desire did not want him, then I might allow it. But there would be a danger of him leaving me for her and a change of mind for me. That would be bad. I think the Bible and my nation's law are right about it. Two married, not three. It might be bad for everyone so I'd rather not permit it. I would not want him to permit it for me either.

well...what I meant is that I don't care if my partner cheats on me.
as long as I never find out. It would bother me a lot to catch him red-handed

Omg. I would rather know lol
Not knowing is worse xP Especially if you had suspicions lol
How could one regain trust after having suspicions and then never knowing D:

If I were physically crippled, I would absolutely give him permission to have another sexual partner. I don't think he would, since he would feel guilty, but I would grant permission as long as he went off somewhere else and didn't bring the other lady home.

I'd like to say I'd be fine with it, if it was discussed and the reasons were clear and separate from emotions... but I'd also feel a need to be even about it and get some of my own from elsewhere.

A lot would depend on the reasons for him wanting an encounter with someone else, and the strength of our relationship. If he can maintain my sense of security and convince me (and then prove) that the encounter won't jeapordise our connection, then maybe it would be ok.

It would be better for me to be aware of it and to let him go and then come back to me than have him go behind my back and then run off with someone unexpectedly.

Of course I say this now. Ask me again if/when it actually happens!

If I had a partner that was polyamorous or interested in an open relationship, I'd be willing to listen to their viewpoints and understand their reasons and work with them to make sure they are satisfied.

It would be better not to give her this permission. Simply because I know myself very well. Even if firstly I allowed my spouse to have a sex with somebody else (because of some serious reasons, of course), then afterwards, anyway, I would feel myself betrayed, and I wouldn't trust her anymore. Maybe it sounds too selfish, but I'm just trying to be honest.
