You mean I made my point?
Looking back over the last 5 pages, I think I did.
There are no posts by anyone on this topic who identify their beliefs as one of the big three. My point.

"in fact"
There is a disproportional lack of participation by the "big3" in the general-religious-forums. Probably due to their inability to progress beyond their own closed system of beliefs, and their inability to defend their own beliefs against the onslaught of common sense, facts, and science, hurled at them from all sides. The GRD is not for the weak.
Sure did. Probably wasn't the one you were going for though.

The point: a stellar example of confirmation bias?
That's already been disproven. Why, ya know, a suspicious person might look at all this and conclude that the only reason you made it up in the first place was so you could use this (false) premise as a springboard to troll these beliefs . . .

I know why: because you're under the strange impression these groups are "almost never heard from" on the forums in spite of the fact that they are pretty regularly heard from.
Anyone of any faith can come here and have their say, and that can only be a good thing.
What usually happens with Orthodoxy is that the message is 'our way is the way' and 'the only way'. I was certainly taught this (or should that be mistaught?) at school.
This attitude creates division, mistrust and very often culminates in violence.
By associating with those of other faiths we learn new things, see their point of view and hopefully become more understanding and tolerant.
On the flip side, one may be able to impart one's own wisdom and insight to enlighten and help others along.
Overall this association helps us to see that whilst we all may be so different we are all at the same time so alike....
I'm not very good at wording. You are excellent at it. I have no religion but I am open to beliefs. It just seems that organized religion would be more than willing to defend their beliefs and spread their beliefs to others. I have found that they are very eager to spread their beliefs, but very unwilling to answer tough questions about why they believe as they do. The usually answer to questions about organized religions is that it is written in "our holy book".
