  • Goat cheese is good! I think it'd be great to be a cheese connaseur, or however the flop you spell that. There's this amazing port marbled cheese (I'm not sure what's in it) that's made by a local around here that goes for $4 for a quarter wheel. It goes FANTASTIC with white wine. I'd recommend anyone try it, but I guess the little company can only make so much!
    That's what I was suggesting. "Stimulation" is the true "enjoyment" as long as you aren't "over stimulated" which would make one "anxious". For some reason in the past, I always thought my fulfillment was based off continuous happiness (which isn't even possible, especially without being stimulated), but Flow described it much better. To take as much from a situation without taking in too much. I've not even familiar with these other authors you are referring to, what are they all about?
    Wow, never met someone who has even heard of flow. It changed my entire perspective. To see the world as a quest for stimulation over a quest for happiness works so much better, at least for me.
