No worries. There are two groups, the support Social Group, and the Rainbow Room private forum.

The Social Group, I can't get you into, but I can ask someone who can.

To join the Rainbow Room, go to User CP. In the left hand menu, under Networking, click Group Memberships (not Social Groups). That'll take you to a list of all the Groups available. Select the ones you want and click Join Group.
