Any pictures?

I have 1 in ear, and I just got my other one. A nose stud today. :p

Bad pic of me, but here you go

Actually, that's an oddly intriguing photo. Congrats on the piercing; make sure and follow your aftercare instructions.

I've had dozens of ear piercings, because I've been through lots of phases with them, and they keep growing closed and being re-pierced in not exactly the same place. Other than my very first one, I've done them all myself. At the moment I have an earring in my left ear that I never take out, and I sometimes wear one in my right ear. The most I've ever had at one time was three in each ear. I've never had a cartilage piercing, but have considered a tragus piercing, and might get one sometime.

I had both my nipples professionally pierced years ago, and later let them grow closed. Later I re-pierced the left one myself. It was much harder than I expected to shove a needle through my own nipple; I got it halfway through, wimped out, and then ended up torturing myself for about an hour before I finally got it aimed right and all the way through. I'll spare you a detailed description, but a friend of mine said it made him sick just hearing about it. So I decided not to re-pierce the right one myself, and I had it professionally re-done.

I'd like to have an eyebrow piercing, but I've never had a job where I was allowed to wear facial piercings. I like the idea of having a Prince Albert, but the idea of having it done makes me want to curl up in a fetal position.

I knew a dude who had a whole row of barbells on the underneath side of his penis. He said the chicks loved how it felt. :sarcastic

I'm a bit nervous on what the workplace will say. I'm going in tomorrow, I'll let y'all know. I don't think they will say much, because they hired someone with a nose stud. So I think I'm okay, I think I'll just shock everyone who knows me as "Becky the good Mormon".

Do you think having a shiny jewel in your nose will make you "Becky the bad Mormon" ? You're simply adorning what God gave you, right? :angel2:

Yeah, something like that. :p

I know my true friends won't care, but I'm always worried about things like this.

One through each ear, one in the eye brow, two (layered barbells) in each nipple, one in the forskin, and one at the base.

I have both ears, lip and tongue done. Surprisingly enough my ears hurt more than my tongue lol.
I'm contemplating a 'prince Albert' and nipple piercings in the future, although if I had the money and the choice, tattoos would be the way I'd most likely go.

In my country, Indian people pierce the ears of their daughters when they are little. So, I got my ears pierced before I started school. :D Then when I started school, there was a girl in my class who sounded like she was from India...she had a nose ring. Oh, I so badly wanted one after that but my parents didn't allow it. I don't want any more piercings but I sometimes tease my husband and tell him I'm getting a nipple ring, which I know will be a turn-off for him...I just like to hear the way he says "Nooooo". :D

Nose studs are the female equivalent of mens' goatees: they're the sign that the person is from the "evil" parallel dimension, like on that episode of the original Star Trek.

:D

I'm thinking about a tattoo myself, but it's fairly low on the priority list, so other things tend to divert away the money and time that I'd need for it.

I have eight piercings in each ear, seven lining the outside of the flap, and one in the lobe. Three labret/lip piercings, and my left eyebrow. I think I'm done with piercings for now...gonna start focusing on tattoos.

Especially Scott Ian's goat. The ultimate sign of pure evil.

I have three in one ear, four in the other. I have a lot of trouble with peircings - my body really doesn't like metal - so I think I'm probably done. (Similarly, all my tattoos are black, because I have bad reactions to colored ink.)

Sorry it's a bit off-topic, but is this common? I have weird skin (my hands will get a rash if you look at them funny, for example), so if anyone has "reactions", it'd likely be me. I'm a bit curious for my own sake.

Could anyone suggest anything for my sore nose? It sort of hurts, but I heard that is quite common.

It happens to a certain percentage of people, but I don't know how "common" it is. But I can tell you that I don't usually have skin reactions to things - I don't really have sensitive skin - so I'm not sure if having sensitive skin has anything to do with it. I was told that what I was having was "red reaction" by my artist, but when I looked the term up online, I didn't find much, and what I did find didn't sound exactly like what I'd had.

"other" I was unforunate enough to attend a 10CC concert way back, where the volume of the music was such that I had my right eardrum pierced involuntarilly...............

Becky, the nose piercing is really cute. :)

My ears are pierced six times in each ear. I rarely wear more than two pairs of earrings at one time though.

I'm a bit more of a tat girl but I think eyebrow piercings are sexy and it weren't for my profession...I'd so have one. :)

I have no idea, but with the food allergies and chemical sensitivities I have, I wouldn't dare to get a tattoo even if I wanted to. There may be soy in there at the very least.

I'm having a tough enough time with the idea that Eibhlin is gonna have to get a spray tan for the upcoming regional Irish dance competitions (oireachtas), but there appears to be one brand that doesn't have anything dangerous for her to use. (huzzah!)

I have my ears pierced in the usual boring normal way. Sometimes I even bother to put earrings in. Heck, sometimes I even bother to put real clothes on. :sarcastic
