Another Anti-Vax Radio Talk Show Host Dies from Covid

The greater your influence, the greater your responsibility and culpability.

But the suffering and death of people with COVID importance shouldn't be divided if people actually care about the dying.

It makes it seem like you guys don't care about people dying in general. It really devalues the argument of getting the vaccine if the importance of one's pain and suffering is dependent on their vaccination status.

I have been promoting vaccination since day one. The ones who don't seem to care about people dying are the people who oppose vaccination. Most of them call themselves pro-life Christians. Ironic. I am an atheist.

Yes, any death is sad but when a person publicly speaks against the best protection we have against the virus then karma will take over. If you are against the vaccine, that is your business but when you influence others you face a great responsibility.

This makes it seem like you’re OK with influential people advocating against vaccination.
As I see things, it’s good he died for 2 reasons…
1) He will no longer be pushing dangerous views.
2) His example could save some anti-vaxer lives with the reality of his demise from Covid.

In death he became a better person.

So some people's pain, suffering, and death from COVID is worse and more important than others based on their political views on the vaccine (for or against)??

Failure to take precautions can and should be noted. Those who, for example, fail to wear a seat belt, get into an accident and die should expect to have that seat belt refusal noted.

It's not politics to point out that choices have consequences.

Ok. Before I talk. I'll be direct.

Where on earth did you get this conclusion?

I've said no on multiple threads, so where are you getting this from??

Edit. Revoltingest. Give me concrete examples.

What's with the seatbelt examples I see online often?

It's like telling people to wear seatbelts when they don't drive. They know the law but if they know they're not behind the wheel it's no use telling them again unless you know they are driving. We don't know.

It's also telling people who Do drive they can't be treated fairly in an accident cause they didn't wear their seatbelt.

It also assumes that wearing a seatbelt prevents accidents and injury. It does not.

Where did provaxxers get these arguments (and words and phrases) from?

It would make sense to take preventive measures when needed not just because one is told.

The post I quoted, among others sympathetic to anti-vax posts.
This isn’t a “conclusion”, just how some of your posts seem.

I like some of their arguments and info. Only two I disagree with profoundly.

This also brings up how we interpret the news. If each news source isn't assessed individually, you can lump every authors opinion as if they have the same intentions.

In other words, data A says the pandemic is caused by antivax. So data B, C, and D that speaks of antivax must be the same.

Reading the intentions and context helps you know if each person takes different stands on the same topic.

But no. I would be dead without medical science. I've never voluntarily taken vaccines so it's irrelevant whether others take it or not.

Not all sources are cromulent.
Discernment is necessary.

Or at least a better influence.

Edit

Unvaxed are half the US population so if every unvax got covid and died for not getting the vax, that's good?

The best protection you have is not the vaccine, its your ability to not come in contact with the virus at all if you choose. At this stage in the game, if you catch Covid, you chose to catch Covid. It's no one else's fault other than your own. Wearing a helmet is NOT the best way to keep yourself from dying in a motorcycle crash. The best way to not get in a motorcycle crash is to not ride a motorcycle. This guarantees 100% safety. Same with Covid. Anyone who catches Covid at this point, is simply not protecting themselves completely like they could or should have.
