Depends on the breed. Retrievers are infamous for loving water and don't mind rain. My current dog is a pitbull mix from the pound and she doesn't like water, though. She will turn around and run back inside if it's raining. Honestly i never checked it propperly, But i remember reading somewhere that in the past some sufis had dogs for some kind of hunting, But i could be wrong here.Since you brought this up, what does your branch of Islam say about dogs?
