Welcome to RF. I became aware of the Quran only branch of Islam a number of years ago as I was discovering the wide range of schools of thought in Islam.

Thanks ! We ( Quranists ) have ( or some of us ) different definition for the word Islam so we don't present ourselves as a branch of traditional "Islam"

I was not familiar with this point. The Quran only web site Submission.org - Your best source for Submission (Islam) does use the word "Islam" in describing themselves.
