The Tragedy Of Transgendered Youth

Somebody like who you've described should be using one of those single-stalled uni-sex gender neutral bathrooms where he can lock himself into alone.
How are you even going to know what kind of genitals he has? Are you seriously going to creep and perv on people by checking them out, peeping over urinal stalls and peeking through slits in the stalls? Are you saying that it's something that even concerns you?

No, but I'm intimidated by men in the women's restroom.
Perhaps you misunderstand the meaning of "intimidated"

intimidate
[in-tim-i-deyt]

verb (used with object), in·tim·i·dat·ed, in·tim·i·dat·ing.
to make timid; fill with fear.
to overawe or cow, as through the force of personality or by superior display of wealth, talent, etc.
to force into or deter from some action by inducing fear:
In as much as you're not the man going in the women's restroom, why would you fee intimidated when some other man does?

I still use the men's room. Those aren't available at every location. The last time I used the women's room was at a gay bar because a crowd was having a powow in the men's room. You paranoid straight cis people could learn from the freedom of LGBT establishments where it's a bit of a free for all and no one cares. No one gets hurt or assaulted either, unlike in straight cis places where people who are different get ****ed with.

I bet you can't find one damn example of a trans woman harassing or assaulting people in the woman's room in the first place. I presented an example of a trans woman being assaulted by cis women in the women's room but you said nothing. Why the silence? I think I know why you're obsessed with penises (big penises, at that), too, from your earlier closet case posts you've made. You have some personal issues you need to work out.

This hypothetical hairy dude has no penis, he fails the urinal test in the men's room and he's too hairy for the women's room; so logically then, he belongs in neither; there are other public accommodations for somebody like this.

I found LARPing to be interesting, for among for many reasons one that stood out is as long as everyone was an adult people tended to not care about who was in the restroom while they were using it (being at a Girl Scout camp they were all technically women's rooms to begin with). People went in to do their business and go on. It caused no problems.

How the **** are you going to know if he can pass the "urinal test" or not? What if he's passing a kidney stone and can't use the urinal because urinating is too painful to keep standing?
Are you going to take it upon yourself to visually inspect everyone?

What if there was your beloved wife or daughter using the women's room, you'd likely object to some strange dude lurking around in there where your wife or daughter would be exposed.

Well, I'm still using the men's room, since I'm a man and it would be awkward using the women's room in most places. Like I said, not all places have family restrooms and nature calls.

Trans women aren't men so that's not what we're talking about. You're arguing about a phantom scenario no one else is talking about.

The issue isn't whether or not I or anyone else objects to people of one sex going into restrooms designated for the other sex, but that YOU, Salvador, feel intimidated by a woman in the men's room.

How would any woman in her right mind honestly feel about some man, who is able to pass the urinal test or is full bearded or has a thick mustache, being around her in the women's restroom? Be honest, how do you think such a lady or girl would feel about this?

Not everywhere is like California where you can easily find such restrooms.
And, from what I hear, caretakers tend to love them way more than anybody else because they can assist the one in their care in privacy and without prying eyes of dumb****s who need to learn to mind their own business.

No I'm not intimidated by any woman in this men's restroom. In fact, while I was in Germany, there was this lady restroom attendant with me in the men's department store restroom. I proudly showed her how well-endowed I was. I then asked her in German, "Lieben Sie meinen großen amerikanischen Schwanz?...:D

You keep trying to relate this trans-women, but trans-women very typically have their beards permanently removed. If they still have a penis it's very difficult to achieve and maintain an erection. And they have no interest in your silly "urinal test." And they don't go back and forth between identifying as a male one day and female the next, and many places that are considered trans friendly do have policies against people doing that.
And, fyi, they also make female urinals. And without any devices women can also stand to urinate.
And also fyi, a lot of women don't care. People in general tend to not care about the whole bathroom thing until someone makes a fuss about it, and more people are becoming increasingly tired of hearing that someone make a fuss about it because it's something that doesn't effect them and they don't care, because unlike that someone they realize and accept people are going to the restroom to do their business and then leave.
