Your statement could have been made in a luciferian context. And I didnt say that Satan was relevant to the discussion, I said that atheistic satanism had similarity to what you stated.
Another possibility is that once they knew you were a devout follower of your faith, that out of respect they just decided not to bother you. I say that from experience. I have Mormon friends in my hometown who knowing that I attend a different denomination than them have never been pushy in the least.
"At one point it did have the truth?" This is of course my father's thinking that you tapped into, with my father who was traditionally Mormon he believed in what you henceforth questioned to me. In my opinion some Churches may not have the truth except you yourself might have your own truth of the path that you are on. The LDS church headed by President Benson was traditional before Hinckley came into place which changed the whole ball game. The traditional LDS from what I know a little taught many practical things for the individual in general. As I have mentioned originally it was centered on the founder Joseph Smith than more so by Christ himself. Some religious organizations in my opinion becomes a money making machine, some organizations such as Scientology became corrupt from the very beginning. The Catholic Church for example covered up the Molestation scandals, the mafia currently controls their Vatican bank. With the Mormons they give away 10 percent of their income which all goes to the Mormon Temples convenience to spend it all away. Their was once a quote that has always been received through me, "absolute power corrupts." An organization who once had it's traditional values of empowerment over time changes drastically. Look at the Church Of Satan, the way they changed. "What do you think of RLDS?" I don't know a lot about them unfortunately, but I have heard that they are going through some changes in general.

I would have said, "yes, when Mormons come to my door and ask stupid questions".A few weeks ago some Mormons were at my door.
They asked me "do you know what suffering is?"
I'm Buddhist. So needless to say(assuming you get it,) i had a lot more to talk about it than they did.

Depends on what you mean.
RLDS may refer to the Reorganised Church of JC of LDS - this has been known as the Community of Christ since 2001. They descend from the people who saw Joseph Smith's son as his legitimate successor. They are non-Mormon (theology) but are Latter-day Saints (tradition and lineage). They have about 250,000 members.
RLDS may also refer to the Restoration Church of JC of LDS. This split off from the above Community of Christ over the ordination of women (the C of C is very socially progressive, across the board) and seems to be puttering along alright. Nine congregations, I don't know how many members.
There are some other schismatics from the C of C among the Josephite sects of the Latter-day Saint movement too.

No... Growing irritated at endless solicitation - "haughty" is funny, as that's the attitude that the missionaries often have - is not xenophobia. If it is, then intruding on another's beliefs in their own home is just as much so.
Really? That's a vile sin? Not murder or rape, but arrogance. Gotcha. Hypocritical, as well, as by coming to our door and telling us what to believe, your "vile sin" is exactly what Christians are doing.
