I liked the DS9 episode where Quark's Klingon wife needed his assistance: he's standing before the Emperor and the High Council talking them through spreadsheets of data about the spending patterns of her enemy; all the council members look completely baffled by his explanation. the Emperor (to the accused head of household): "You used BUSINESS PRACTICES against your opponent??? You are banished from the Empire, stripped of all property and honor!"

Well, that's a matter of perspective...there were several episodes that I liked...I don't remember anything else about that episode...

Most of them especially Gul Dukat who switched from being a bad guy to a good guy to a bad guy to a good guy and finally to an ultimate bad guy.
Or the Ferengi who became more interesting as time went on and Rom being a pro-labor liberal - that was very interesting and apropos. And how the Ferengi culture so accurately reflects the American plutocracy we now "enjoy".
