For any of those, like me, who always buck the trend and have a differing view of things,
here is a video paying homage to Harihara aka Shankaranarayana, the combined forms of
Shiva and Vishnu as God. I do not know of any mantra specifically for Harihara or Shankaranarayana,
like Om Sri Shankaranārāyanāya namaha or Om Sri Hariharāya namaha, etc.

O'Lord Shiva, you are an Eternal God. O'Lord Vishnu, you have eyes like Lotus.
O'Lord Shiva, you are the remover of sin. O'Lord Vishnu, we call you with Hari Om
O'Lord Shiva, you wear snake around the neck. O'Lord Vishnu you sleep on snake.
O'Lord Shiva, you live in Kailasha. O'Lord Vishnu, you live in Vaikunta.
O'Lord Shiva, you are paired with Goddess Gowri/Parvati. O'Lord Vishnu, you are paired with Goddess Lakshmi.
O'Lord Shiva, you delight Goddess Parvati. O'Lord Vishnu, you are the cleanser of all sins.
O'Lord Shiva, you apply ashes on forehead. O'Lord Vishnu, you apply sandal paste on forehead.
O'Lord Shiva, you are the savior of everyone. O'Lord Vishnu, you come to the rescue of those in trouble.
O'Lord Shiva, you are full of bliss. O'Lord Vishnu, you are the Eternal God.
O'Lord Vishnu, you have eyes like Lotus. O'Lord Vishnu, you have eyes like Lotus.

No doubt this is exhilarating and delightful, even if just to be given a thought or a flight of imagination.

1) curious to know: the meaning of Dharmic Deism, and Panendeist?

2) about the words Hari and Hara.

It's definitely a minority view amongst Vaishnavas and Shaivas. Here's a bit more Harihara - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

1) curious to know: the meaning of Dharmic Deism, and Panendeist?

I'm going to answer that in http://www.religiousforums.com/forum/seekers-dir/154485-im-not-sure-what-i-believe.html so as not to go too far astray in this current thread (like that ever happens here :D).

2) about the words Hari and Hara.

I don't know the etymology of Hari and Hara (like Vishnu=pervading; Shiva=auspicious); rather I only know that they are names for Vishnu and Shiva respectively. Harihara is their combined names.

Brahmā isn't an eternal god, or seen as Supreme God. In fact I think there is only one temple in all of India dedicated to Lord Brahmā. According to the Purānas, Brahmā creates the universe at Vishnu's behest.

This is according to some Vaishnavas. Brahmā, if anything, is considered superior among the three.

Really!? Am now awared. Brahmā the creator, not Brahman, right?

Yes that's right. And ask a villager in India, he will not know what Brahman is. No need also, since Brahmā contains Brahman. And Brahmins are supposed to worship it/ Him. Common sense, lay people, plain meanings, simple words, nothing special...

True, I'd guess most villagers know only of their own village or family deity and the "main deities". It does get complicated.

a-vrata: thinking realisation will be a smooth ride.
anya-vrata: thinking doing something easy will get one there.
a-yajvan: thinking gods will somehow come running to us.
a-brahma: maintaining status-quo, not doing anything at all.
:D

Actually, adding Brahmā, Vishnu and Mahesha together is not good mathematics: you would get Aditi, no doubt, but would have added Creation (viSva) three times into the sum:D

A better way to do the sum will be, I guess:
Brahman (kā/ ?) + Rudra + NārāyaNa + viSva
= Aditi, of course.

Some interesting intermediaries would be:
Brahman + viSva = Brahmā
NārāyaNa + viSva = Vishnu
Rudra + viSva = Shiva
Rudra + NarayaNa + Brahman = Brahmanaspati
