Nope. You used the word God in the OP so you used a word. That word God has a meaning that You believe in. So you agree with all the words an individule would use for God.
Ahh i got you. Yeah that is a tricky thing. It changes with person to person or even changes with a person depending on witch part of their faith they discuss, the word god or God can be so abstract, how ever their are more common uses then others. So you say i believe in the meaning of God even if i doubt God myself?

Yeah by using a word.

Brought to you by the moment that spacetime began.
Well they would have to use words. So if you agree with the meanings of those words then you would agree with their gods.

Not to get off topic here, so let's make it short if we can, if you believe in the word 'cthulhu' do you believe he exists?

Believing in the word does not mean believing in the value of the word.

i'm not sure i understand.
if you mean understand their god, i get that.

the question was posited: no faith vs. wrong faith...
the "wrong" faith is potentially "every" faith which compliments "no" faith
no one is willing to believe in the wrong faith

In the Baha'i view there IS no "wrong god" because there is only One God, and IOV all the great religions worship Him (under varying names)!

Peace, :)

how is that an assumption? seriously do the words , "Thou shalt have no other gods before me," have no meaning to you. Or howabout, “You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My Commandments"

If an atheist were able to keep the sabbath i see no reason why he would be worse off then some one who made the wrong choice.

Why do you not pay attention to the higher concept of God described by Jesus: Loving Father? Why can not you see the concepts within the Bible go through evolution to Loving Father. Why you do you confuse concepts of God in different eras as if they are consistently the same? If you are a fair and able thinker, you should not think like a dogmatic believer, and you should look at the bible as a man made document regarding his experience with God, and this document includes many generations of men and different time frames. The Bible is not God.

I believe if we seek the truth with all our heart, we will find it and it will set us free. I am 100% convinced I have found the truth, but that's just me. I pray others will honestly and fervently seek the truth and find it as well. Peace.

I was talking to a jew when I posted that so jesus had nothing to do with it...
Isn't the bible the word of god or only the inspired word?
As to the rest of your post are you saying no one guys to hell because of jesus?

Many people feel the sameway and yet came to a diffrent path. Some people spend all their lives seeking. I do not beilive I adimently do not believe yet I will not stop seeking searching asking learning. I do this with an open mind and heart. Does that count for anything? Isn't truth subjective?

Believing one has "found the truth" seems to me like a pretty good recipe for halting growth.
