Question about fully nude beaches

LOL. I was just thinking on an evolutionary aspect of how erection could work aside from its other function. I hear so many people gripe about how complicated the dating world is and how hard it is to tell if someone is interested. An erection in a naked world could be a tool used in its advantage for women. Say a woman in the garden of eden sees a guy she likes. Every time she visits the guy of her romantic interest she checks his you know what to see if it's erected. This would make the dating world less complicated hence the question posed

Women do give off pheromones, but its very subtle. I had great fun watching it with 14 -15 year old students. the guys would start talking to some girls, and they'd move in closer and closer, and come away all smiles, and they didn't even realise what was causing it. teenage hormones are fun to watch. There is a certain loss of thinking ability occurring.

If a guy takes several stares at you, that may be a hint there's a hint of interest. If he looks at you once and that's it, then you don't visually attract him.
Oh and if he looks at you several times, look at facial expression. It could be that he may also be looking at tattoos or piercings rather than sizing you up as a "mate".

Being that I have never been to a nude beach and know very little about it from a research perscptive, I think you would know more than me. With this said, however, what I have learned from going to various websites is that there are many nudists that say what you say – that they have been to clothing option beaches and rarely see an erection. Some of them share that an erection can occur for first timers, but as they experience the environment they become desensitized to past social learning and do not have erection problems. This makes sense to me.

On the other hand, I have read accounts of nude beaches where people have shared that erections are welcome and even encouraged – without any type of sexual type of aspects (e.g., men and women getting a little amusement from it -- note the humor by Vinayka and Miss Alice). This also makes sense to me. I know I would probably have an erection if I ever went to a nude beach, but I also know I could control my reaction because of sexual arousal and would predict that after a while I would not be affected. But to be perfectly honest, although I have a curiosity of nude beaches, the erection idea is still a stumbling block for me (along with a real Biblical belief in covering oneself).

So, it seems to me that there is real diversity in the types of nude beaches out there and the key is to pick the type that a matches your values? Seyorni (and others who have been to nude beaches), do I make sense.

To answer your other question, erections do occur in normal beaches/aquatic facilities with skimpy attire. They do not occur all over the place, but they do occur.

That is fine when those natural bodily activities are defacating or urinating, for example.
However, we are talking about a common body reaction which is completely expected to happen in certain conditions such as public nudity.
It is ridiculous, to say the least, to label this sort of thing as unacceptable.

I am not sure if you are directing this comment toward me or not. I know website are not a good source of information, and I also know that I have no experience and do not know the research in this area - - as such I have HUGE limitations.

With this said, when I go to various websites related to nude beaches, I can totally find ones that clearly do not tolerate erections and clearly outline rules of conduct (e.g., such as covering an erection with a towel or lying on one' stomach). However, there are nude beach websties that have tolerance for erections and one's where people (men and women) are encouraging it and joking about it, but making a clear distiction erectins are fine as long as no masturbation, self-stroking, or flauting/crude behaviors. I can send you a weblink if you want -- but there are clearly men and women not caring and seeing humor in men with erections.

So to me, I see a clear distiction that different nude beaches have different rule and I guess a person goes to the one's that match thier values.

But I relaize I have huge knowledge limitation and would like to hear form others who have gone to nude beaches and clearly know more about this subject than i do.

What i mean is pretty simple. If you are sitting, or standing, and suddenly an erection happened you shouldn't have to hide it. However, if you walk around the beach like a pervert staring people and approaching others surely it would be seen as weird and not acceptable. Just because you don't have to hide your erection, it doesn't mean it is fine to try to show it to everyone.
