I am a former Seventh-day Adventist and now a Millerite Adventist

William Miller taught that the Lord would come "some time between March 21, 1843, and March 21, 1844." And later on for three short weeks, William Miller accepted the October 22, 1844 date for the end of the world as taught by other Millerites.

You missed what I had already posted about the significance of this movement:
You mean this was the "disappointment" you referred to? Well, I can certainly see why.

Millerite Adventists have the honorable distinction of having five chapters in the Revelation of Jesus Christ pertaining directly to their movement, which includes a record of their disappointment and the promise that they must prophesy again.
I don't now squat about Millerites, but from what you say here it looks like they merely adopted the five chapters, which would hardly merit an "honorable distinction."

I was thinking of my own visionary experiences and prophetic dreams.
Yes and that's the way I believe it should be, for me religion is a personal thing, it just happened over many years that it became organized, and because of this it breed fundamentalist and dogma to the extreme.

Welcome to RF @Zog Has-fallen it looks like you've already started some intersting discussion here. :)

I also believe that Christians shouldn't be deceived about anything and that true Christians everywhere need to be on the forefront of every important cause.
What are examples of causes you deem important?

Wait, do some people really believe so?
I thought hell won't have inmates until after the judgement day!
Yes. After I looked into religions I was surprised that not every religion that has a hell doesn't believe people are suffering unimaginable pains there already.

What are examples of causes you deem important?
The 9/11 Truther movement is important, as well as exposing the Neocon's insatiable lust for world hegemony and their war on democracy.

Other important controversies and news items that Christians should be alert to include headings such as:

The FDA is a big front for the Pharmaceutical Industry

State Sanctioned Psychotropic Drugging

Aspartame, Brain Cancer and the FDA Approval Process

CDC Is Running a Criminal Racket Steeped In Scientific Fraud

Dangers of Statin Drugs And How They Are Damaging the Brain

The Leading Cause of Death in the United States -- Therapeutics Delivered by MDs

The Madness of Christian Leaders Endorsing the use of Zidovudine (AZT)

The Controversy Over Chemtrails - What Are The Essential Facts?

The Fukushima Apocalypse Can't Be Stopped

The Dangers of Nuclear Radiation

The Dangers of GMOs

The Water Fluoridation Controversy

The State-Supported Tobacco Cartel

All these very important and controversial issues and alerts are discussed in many insightful documentaries but, I must point out, are all mere footnotes in a larger thesis titled: The Three Angels' Messages Versus The Three Demons' Messages.

..sigh.

I went down that list and kept expecting to see something about how Jews run the world, but you did one better and went totally General Ripper on us with Water Fluoridation.

Do you deny women your essence as well?

Millerite Adventists have the honorable distinction of having five chapters in the Revelation of Jesus Christ pertaining directly to their movement, which includes a record of their disappointment and the promise that they must prophesy again. I must confess that God doesn’t fulfill His promises as quickly as I would like. The tenfold increase of light that William Miller saw in a dream that would vindicate him only began to be revealed about three decades ago.
LOL, William Miller dabbled in things clearly stated in the Bible that he had no business doing so. His prophecies were dead wrong, and his acolytes continue to this day to make excuses for Miller. Most importantly, Miller harmed people. People gave up their land, homes and money to go to heaven with Miller in Oct. 1844. Sects always glom on to something in the Bible that they believe relates directly to them, giving them personal affirmation of how important and how right they are. They concentrate so hard on their specialness before God, they forget or ignore the rest of the Bible. As to non Biblical "illumination", the Reformation established a rock solid foundation of the Bible and the Bible only ( sola scriptura ) and they were absolutely correct. The Bible and the book of Revelation apply to the true Church, the mystical body of Christ, all true and saved believers throughout the world.

Well this is RF and challenges to conventional wisdom seem to be welcome.
I certainly welcome anyone's insight so GO FOR IT PLEASE.
What is you take on eternal damnation punishment in the common notion of
burning in hell forever?
That would be both the common hell of Christendom and
Islam. ( Islam's hell is a brutish place and extends completely thru the earth I'm told.)
Frankly both are myths originating in pagan lore.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Anyone's opinion on whether hell exists or not is welcome as far as I'm concerned.
(Hey. I'm actually making some real friends here. I like that.)
Many millions of Christians do not accept the eternal hell concept. They have firm Biblical constructs that support this. Philosophically and logically the idea of an eternal hell is totally at odds with the concept of a loving God, and a universe recreated that is in total harmony with him. If that eternal hell existed, it would be a continuous draining sore of misery and pain in this universe , and worse, it would be an obvious and eternal question mark on Gods love. Hell is, in fact, the destruction of those who have refused to accept the offer of salvation given by God. They cease to exist. This is best for them, because they have affirmed their rebellion against God, and existing in his presence would be torture for them. In his mercy, God causes them to rest in oblivion forever.
