I am no expert, but I don't think that gender reassignment surgery for males transitioning to female is at an advanced enough stage to create a uterus. This solution is probably coming down the road. But no (Western; Iranian perhaps) physician would approve of a transition for a gay patient who did not have persistent and well documented gender dysphoria.

I've tried both too, and I've gotta say that they couldn't be any more different. One is healthy, fun, and exciting. The other is destructive, short-lasting, and makes you want more when you are done. After sex, the last thing I want at that time is more sex.

lol. Are you serious with this? Do you actually think that anyone who is sexually active is addicted to sex and always looking for their "next fix"? I would suggest giving it a try, because your view on the subject is obviously based on ignorance. To most sexually active people, it isn't a first priority or anything close to that. It's great, don't get me wrong, but it is also physically healthy, as long as it is done safely. I wouldn't judge others on something you obviously know absolutely nothing about.

Well said as usual Leibowde. Love with my partner was an extension of the love we felt for each other but it was not at the least the only thing that we did to express our love. I cannot imagine someone abstaining from sex with a person they truly love because they are afraid of living up to God's ideals.

If I were the parent of a gay son, I would love that son for who he is, whether he has children or not. It is not up to me to decide if he wants children for pete's sake. I might authorize???? Where is the choice of the son? You speak as though the parent has the right to dictate their children's choices in life.

Please educate yourself about gender dysphoria and a gender transition. Once we transition we can't have our own biological kids, not unless sperm/ovum are preserved, and even then it still requires a cis-woman to become pregnant and give birth.
And you can't make someone transgender. Intersexual individuals are very typically assigned female at birth, and it is not uncommon, at all, for them to experience dysphoria over this. David Reimer suffered a botched circumcision, was assigned female because of that, but he still identified as male and transitioned back to male.
Gender identity is hardwired. You can't just change it. As I said, you need to read material from people who work with those who have gender dysphoria, and not someone who is a very extreme outlier whose case brings up many questions concerning the ethics of the doctor who handled the case.
And you will not find a single doctor who will intervene in such a way. It is unethical from a medical perspective, and would guarantee the doctor would loose their license to practice and would probably never work as a doctor again for doing such a thing. And, as someone who has gender dysphoria and knows the pains of having the body of one gender and the brain of the other, I would be first in line to advocate such an intervention be classified as child abuse.

One example that is a very extreme outlier, complete with other disorders and ethical concerns, does not make for proof or evidence. If someone identifies as one gender, and they do not experience gender dysphoria, you can't make them identify as the other. Your one example proves nothing, as their is also the case of David Reimer where things went wrong and despite efforts he did not identify as female, and many intersexuals who face problems because they were assigned female at birth but they do not identify as female.
