It depends on the boys attitude. If I like him I shoot him on the spot, if not it's going to be a shotgun wedding.
While that is valid, I don't know how many times I've put one through the washing machine and dryer accidentally.. lol

3: I'll probably have to sit her down and tell her that the tender of age of 14 is not the time when she wants to begin being sexually active, due to the risk of emotional, physical and social trauma. She has a lot of growing up to do before she's ready for that stuff.

I would just ask to make sure they're using them properly. But I would've already raised them to be completely open with me and would buy them for them myself if they needed.
Then most adults shouldn't be doing it, either.

Congratulate her, send her off to get the pill, and make sure she knows I'm always around if she has questions. I'd probably be the most sex-positive parent out there. Considering how sexual I am and how early I started I would only ever encourage her to explore her sexuality whenever it blossomed, not bottle it up because society doesn't like kids having sex drives.
I've already stated the age range for my children. My daughter has had access to condoms since before she started junior high.
As its a "her", I'd be glad she's prepared for safe sex. I can only hope to have children that well prepared for the world.
The fact its half full is concerning only because it proves the men she's bringing home are obviously selfish morons who didn't bring a condemn in the first place. So they're not exactly husband material who actually care about her. Hopefully she'll figure that out soon enough and she can come to me for advice if she wants/needs it. Otherwise I don't see a problem.
I'm sure I can be a bad father and embarrass her by asking for one if I need it. If nothing else that will put her off sex for a while.

I wouldn't say anything. Sex at a young age doesn't bother me at all as long it is consensual and no methods of coercion were used. I'd be thankful they were using condoms; that's definitely a sign of intelligence and a rational way of thinking. Also, the last thing teenagers want is to talk to their parents about sex...
That's why we have Porn as in alternative when a person such as myself is bottled up. I am still a minor, I'll be turning 18 this March.

You might want to be careful making assumptions based on limited information.
From the OP, the condoms may have been supplied by the boy. Maybe he kept them there because he wasn't interested in other girls and didn't have a safer place to keep them at home. That's what my girlfriend and I did, after we discovered how important they were.
