John 5:22-23 -
22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: 23 that all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.
John 5:27-30 -
27 and hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. 28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. 30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
John 14:6-7 -
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
Revelation 20:11-15 -
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

The ATONEMENT OF CHRIST implies that Jesus is "God in the flesh", and God has delegated ALL POWERS OF JUDGEMENT to His Son on the day of judgement.
The ATONEMENT implies that Jesus' judgement MUST be perfect and righteous; so whatever Jesus decides will be according to God's will, and God's purpose on the day of judgement.
Therefore, is it true that the Great White Seat of Judgement in Revelation 20:11-15 is reference to our belief that Jesus himself will decide which people will be entered in the Book of Life, and which people will be destroyed on the day of judgement?
Do you think Jesus be able to use His POWERS OF DISCRETION to decide those who will be spared, and which ones will be destroyed on the day of judgement? (Revelation 13:8, 20:15, 21:8).
