Why don’t we have an optimistic TV show that is accessible by everyone?

Star Trek, which is our most optimistic show is being put on a $6 a month streaming service.

In these dark times don’t we need an optimistic show that shows a future humanity that has united under freedom and democracy? A show that shows a humanity that achieved interstellar travel? A show that shows humanity at its best?

Twilight Hue

Twilight, not bright nor dark, good nor bad.
Putting things behind paywalls is an ever increasing trend.

Its already bad enough in the video game industry over content and dlc, now they're doing it with television shows that traditionally had been publicly aired without cost.

I wasn't too impressed with the new show anyways. Way overdone on special effects, and reeks of sjw formulated bs and stop changing the looks of the Klingons!

I think producers and writer's have lost their touch.

Watch "The Orville" which is the real successor to Trek, albeit without Klingons.
