when can we rejoice?

It is a question that we all can answer!
While many can say -
At the birth of a child.
A great fortune found.
And so many good things that come to mind.
I say we can rejoice in simply finding good in each and everyday. Finding our smile effortlessly at seeing or thinking of the greatness of what those good things do! With each new day comes another opertunity to rejoice!
In my way of percieving GOD - it is positive. To see it and revelle in it is to speak in his/her language!
So I ask all of you to tell me-
WHEN WILL YOU REJOICE?
WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO SEE YOUR SPIRITS LIFTED?
